Qualcomm Premier Plans members can take advantage of the signature member benefits designed exclusively for them. Below are more resources that you can refer members to take advantage of.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provided by Lyra

Lyra is a Qualcomm-sponsored benefit that connects employees enrolled in the Premier Plans and their dependents to mental and emotional health care that is effective, convenient and personalized. Using technology, proven therapeutic methods, and a network of top therapists and coaches, Lyra matches members to the right care for their needs, from short-term therapy and coaching to self-guided online programs.


The Lyra benefit is available to all US benefits-eligible Qualcomm employees enrolled in a Premier Plan (Premier QDHP or Premier PPO) and their covered dependents or other family members living in their household. Lyra also provides work-life services to help members work through personal life obstacles. These services include legal, financial, identity theft and dependent care services. Vida

Vida is a digital platform that offers personalized health programs and live, one-on-one support from an expert health coach — all through an easy-to-use mobile app and website.


At Vida, the best coaches and health experts are handpicked from across the country. Whether members are just starting their health journey, training for their next marathon or somewhere in between, coaches can help them reach their personal goals.


Here are a few examples of how Vida supports members:

 

  • Improving nutrition, including support for specialized diets (gluten-free, paleo, vegan, keto and more)
  • Exercising and strength training, from getting started to prepping for competitions
  • Improving sleep
  • Managing diabetes, blood pressure or cholesterol
  • Tackling pre-diabetes or other risk factors, so they don’t lead to chronic disease
  • Handling asthma or COPD

Rethink

Rethink

Rethink is a benefit for Qualcomm employees that gives families 24/7 access to tools and resources to help them and their care team in understanding, teaching and communicating better with their children. The tools and resources specialize in helping care for children with learning, social or behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities.


The program includes:


  • Remote consultations with behavior experts, who are all Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Step-by-step videos showing how to teach hundreds of skills to children of all ages and abilities
  • Written lesson plans and downloadable, printable materials
  • Exclusive access to live and on-demand special-topic learning sessions from behavior experts
  • Site access for other family members and teachers
